Operator privacy notice PCV Driver Connect UK uses the operator and contact information supplied to verify the request, administer the private matching service, contact suitable drivers, make agreed introductions, prevent misuse and keep appropriate business records. We rely on steps taken at your request, our legitimate interests in operating and protecting the service, and legal obligations where applicable. The request is not published as a public directory. Suitable assignment details may be sent to registered drivers, but the authorised contact’s direct details are shared only as described above or where law permits or requires it. Unsuccessful request records are normally retained for up to 12 months; introduction, contractual, accounting or dispute records may be retained for up to six years where necessary.
